Jessica Rosario currently serves as President and Founder of Blossom of Central Florida, Inc. She resides in Orlando, Florida and is a mother of two teenage girls ages 13 & 16. This organization was founded with the purpose of mentoring and helping teenage girls develop the critical like skills they need to BLOSSOM into women of purpose. Jessica’s devotion to motherhood and commitment to community outreach has developed a passion for mentoring which has led her to founding Blossom of Central Florida, Inc.
Jessica is passionate about public service and this is evident by her recognition as Community Educator by Celebrity Educators INC. She has taken on leadership roles on several business levels to ensure she brings awareness and resources to her community. Jessica has served on the boards of the Elmont Chamber of Commerce, the Elmont Cardinals Sports Club, the Girl Scouts of Nassau County, the Hispanic Brotherhood of Rockville Centre and the Rotary Club of Franklin Square & Elmont. In addition to her many professional accomplishments, she has also supported the Volunteer Tax Assistance Program (VITA) funded by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as well as the Junior Achievement Financial Literacy program. She is seen as a community leader and as a mentor for her colleagues.
Currently, Jessica holds the position of AVP Branch Manager III for CFE Federal Credit Union in Central Florida where she relocated in 2015. With over 20 years of banking experience in Puerto Rico, New York and Florida, she is familiar with all aspects of the industry, from Teller to Branch Manager to AVP Regional Manager. Jessica has successfully cultivated, maintained and developed relationships with the community and local small business owners.
Jessica’s achievements have been profiled by the Long Island Pulse magazine and she have been recognized by the Nassau Council of Chambers, the Elmont Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Hempstead, the Elmont Cardinals Sports Club, the Argo Civic Association, the CUNY Malave Leadership Academy and the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Jessica earned her B.S. in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College.
